We are looking to hire an Experienced HVAC Sales Technician to maintain and offer, repair, or replace on HVAC systems when applicable while also offering enhancements and new system options when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- The HVAC Technician will be skilled in cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and most importantly be Customer Service Focused
- To be successful in this role, customer satisfaction, safety and comfort should be your top priority
- Ideal candidates will be patient, and have excellent organizational, customer service, and troubleshooting skills
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
- Offer the highest Quality HVAC Service and Install Quotes
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Providing technical direction and on-the-job training
- Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements
- HVAC: 2 years (Required)
- Driver’s License (Required)

Other Benefits:
- You’ll be paid the first week for our service titan software training, you will have a take home vehicle and fuel card, you will be provided nice uniforms and be paid 10% of everything you sell with additional 10% of work you sell and then perform
- You will be on call every other week Friday through Thursday, have 2 weekends off a month and be provided very healthy amount of calls a day
Pay: $75,000.00 – $155,000.00 per year
