Sales Coordinator

Pro Team is looking for a Sales Coordinator to work in our Residential HVAC Service Division.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Comfort Advisors in dispatching calls.

• Outbound calling to our customer database to confirm appointments.

• Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.

• Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager.

• Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail. 

• Accurately collect and enter all necessary customer information into the service database. 

• Follow up with customers to ensure completion of an overall satisfaction with service provided. 

• Maintain proficiency of performance by staying current on all updates, processes, and changes.

• Bi-lingual preferred but not required. 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15 – $19 DOE

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8-5pm

Work Location: Office – Tampa, FL
